Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager with a strong background in footwear retail to lead store operations in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store performance, ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing store staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Maintain store hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

Sales & Revenue Management

Drive store sales targets and revenue growth.

Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve store productivity.

Customer Experience
