A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Component Engineer/Analyst at MKS Global Capability Center Bangalore, you will partner with R&D; teams across MKS PSD Business Units to research, validate, and maintain electronic components’ engineering data and documentation.

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Sustaining Electrical Engineering - schematic evaluation and component research, identify and harmonize commonly used electronic components, such as ICs, resistors, capacitors,
- Obsolescence management, sourcing and evaluating alternative components
- Complete documentation of designs conforming to MKS documentation standards including detail and assembly drawings, BOMs, RoHS certificates
- Closely coordinate with design engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing

Skills You Bring:
- 4 to 5 years’ experience and qualified degree Electrical & Electronics Engineering preferred.
- Experience with electrical hardware designs and reading electrical schematics
- Experience with Engineering Change Order process, product BOMs, design changes documentation, and new product introduction




- Experience with obsolescence management, Silicon Expert preferred
- Working knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance for electrical components
- Experience with Agile or SAP ERP systems
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience in Mechanical Hardware
