we are reimagining how people learn by building digital platforms and blended learning solutions rooted in the everyday realities of learners and educators. We are looking for a Data Engineer with ~3 years of experience to develop scalable data pipelines, models, and dashboards that support data-driven decisions at Quest Alliance, a non-profit organization. This role involves processing diverse data sourcesâfrom field surveys via KOBO/ODK to APIsâto enable program evaluation, reporting, and mission impact.

Key Responsibilities

Data Pipelines and Integration
- Design and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for ingesting data from KOBO/ODK, APIs, databases, and other sources, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

Dashboards and Reporting
