Role Description The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales activities for pre-fabricated and pre-engineered building solutions, driving revenue growth and market expansion. This full-time,



on-site role is based in Noida and involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, coordinating with engineering and project teams to align solutions with client requirements, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, represent the company at client meetings and industry events, and provide regular market feedback to support product and service improvements. The role also includes mentoring sales team members, maintaining CRM records, and upholding the company’s standards for customer service and ethical business practices.
