As a T24 PMO, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex core banking initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence within a financial services environment.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of Core Banking system projects, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and regulatory expectations
- Define explicit project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain structured project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Drive project ceremonies and ensure adherence to the selected methodology, whether Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid, with Scrum Master practices as an advantage
- Monitor project progress proactively, identify risks early, and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, and infrastructure to ensure seamless execution




- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party service delivery to maintain quality and accountability
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and audit requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and deliver regular, structured status updates to senior management and key stakeholders
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and support smooth production deployment of core banking systems
- Manage project budgets with strong financial oversight, ensuring cost control and accountability
- Utilise JIRA and Confluence to maintain transparency in tracking, documentation, and collaboration
- Consolidate project information and centralise documentation to enable informed stakeholder decision-making
