We are offering a strategic investment opportunity for a co-founder who can bring in ₹5 Cr INR to help scale our HR business. To ensure a fair and lucrative return on investment, we propose the following

Payback Structure:
- Investment Amount: ₹5 Cr INR
- Royalty on Earnings: 20% of net earnings (profit after taxes) will be allocated to repay the principal investment.
- Payback Timeline: The investor will continue receiving 20% of net earnings until the full principal amount is repaid.
- Equity Stake: The investor will also receive an equity share in the company (negotiable based on valuation and investment terms).
- Post Payback Earnings: After the full principal repayment, the royalty will stop, and the investor will continue benefiting from their equity stake, ensuring long-term returns.
