We are offering a strategic investment chance for a co-founder who can bring in ₹5 Cr INR to help scale our B2B SaaS Marketing-Tech business. To ensure a fair and lucrative return on investment, we propose the following

Payback Structure:
- Investment Amount: ₹5 Cr INR
- Royalty on Earnings: 10% of earnings (revenue excluding GST/TDS) will be allocated to repay the principal investment.
- Payback Timeline: The investor will continue receiving 10% of earnings until the full principal amount is repaid.
- Equity Stake: The investor will also receive an equity share in the company (negotiable based on valuation and investment terms).
