Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay is seeking a full-time Workday Integration Lead to join our global HRIS team. As we embark on the journey of centralizing our HR technologies and processes globally, this role will ensure accurate and efficient implementation and optimization of Workday – our Global Human Resources platform.

Job locations: Pune, Bangalore.

How You’ll Help Us Build the DNA of Tech:
- Integration Design and Implementation: Your role involves working closely with HR stakeholders globally.



By understanding system capabilities, you’ll drive the design, development, testing, and delivery of Workday integrations. Ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and external systems is critical. This end-to-end integration is essential for accurate and productive HR data management.
- Subject Matter Expertise: As a technical specialist, you’ll provide guidance on HR interpretations and best practices. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping HR processes and ensuring compliance. Staying up to date with Workday HCM data integration and interface is crucial. You’ll consult with internal and external customers to oversee Vishay’s HR data landscape.
- Payroll Integrations: Your understanding of payroll integration will be key. Configuring and testing Workday HCM integrations related to payroll ensures accurate compensation data flow. Compliance with regulatory data requirements is essentia
