Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership & Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps, timelines, and quality standards
- Oversee and guide solution design, architecture decisions, and engineering practices across teams
- Drive consistency in coding standards, design patterns, and development processes
- Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks

People & Team Management
- Directly manage multiple engineering leads, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance.

- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams in the GCC environment
- Drive career growth, skill development, and succession planning across teams
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Manage resource planning, capacity allocation, and hiring in alignment with business needs

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Design, and global engineering teams to deliver business value
- Translate business strategy into technical execution plans and measurable outcomes
- Work effectively in a distributed/global team model, ensuring seamless coordination with onshore stakeholders

Process & Agile Excellence
- Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum practices across teams in collaboration with Scrum Masters
- Improve team productivity through metrics, continuous improvement, and engineering exc
