About the Role:
- Cox & Kings is seeking a strategic and experienced AVP / VP of Finance to lead the financial operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure financial compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, reporting, and stakeholder management within the travel and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Lead long-term financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and audits.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.
- Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with department heads to drive financial performance.




- Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Cost Optimization & Revenue Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies.
- Develop strategies to enhance revenue streams and profitability.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide training and development opportunities to build financial capabilities.
- Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Qualified certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Company Secretary (CS) are highly preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance
