This role will handle litigation and criminal procedure–related work in a
tech startup environment. The role focuses on managing high-volume regulatory
and legal compliance matters, particularly lien marking and debit freeze
issues, ensuring timely resolution and compliance. The ideal candidate will be
organised, detail-oriented, and capable of overseeing end-to-end legal
operational processes to reduce customer impact and compliance risks.
What you'll do
* Debit Freeze & Lien Management: Serve as the DRI for the processing,
tracking, and final resolution of all legal requests, with accountability for
the Time to Unfreeze accounts that are impacted via a Debit Freeze (DF).
* Litigation: Take full ownership of the project management lifecycl
