This internship is a career-launchpad for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition. You will gain end-to-end exposure to sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and hiring strategy while working closely with senior HR leaders. We are looking for highly motivated MBA freshers and fresh graduates who wish to kickstart their career in the talent acquisition domain with structured learning, solid mentorship, and a clear path toward career advancement. After 6 months, a pre-placement offer (PPO) will be extended based on consistent performance, ownership, and onboarding numbers.
