SUMMARY
The Manager, Data Management Group oversees the India team of Data Governance and Data Analytics Consultants, responsible for delivering high‑quality analytics, custom reporting, and automated data solutions that enable strategic insight and enterprise performance. The role supports data governance and data quality frameworks,
responds to ad‑hoc data requests, and works across business and IT teams to clearly articulate and deliver complex data initiatives.
MAJOR DUTIES
Lead and manage the Data Management consultant team, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs.
Reviews and analyzes data to ensure quality, and supports the implementation of automated solutions to improve efficiency and handle client custom reporting needs.
Promote in design, build and deploy up-to-date data and analytical solutions.
Participates in the initiatives related to improving data quality in the Data Management Platform. Work closely with data steward , data consultants and technology partners to gather and prepare data related business requirements used to implement improvements / solutions.
Evaluates and makes recommendations on techniques, practices or technologies that would enhance data related business needs.
