Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand and business goals.
Manage the company’s social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Create and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar covering posts, reels, stories, videos, campaigns, and promotional content.
Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure timely content delivery.
Develop creative and engaging content ideas based on current trends, audience interests, and brand objectives.
Monitor social media trends, viral content, hashtags, sounds, formats, and platform updates to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, collaborations, and promotional activities.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags, tagging, and overall content publishing.
Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and community interactions while maintaining a consistent brand voice.




Track and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, views, shares, saves, and conversions.
Prepare regular social media performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Identify opportunities to increase organic reach, engagement, followers, and overall brand visibility.
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and relevant partners for social media collaborations and campaigns.
Monitor competitors and industry leaders to identify successful content strategies and emerging trends.
Maintain consistency in brand identity, tone, messaging, and visual presentation across all social platforms.
Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, features, and best practices.
