Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Manage and streamline the lead allocation process by ensuring all leads from campaigns, walk-ins, and other sources are accurately directed to the appropriate sales and pre-sales teams for timely follow-up.
Oversee the entire lead journey within MIS systems from initial entry to site visits, follow-ups, and final conversions while ensuring data accuracy and reducing lead loss.
Assist in performance analysis through MIS reports by spotting gaps such as missed follow-ups, slow responses, and operational inefficiencies, and supporting data-driven enhancements.
Maintain a centralized and up-to-date lead database, while preparing regular reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to improve conversion rates and pipeline performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, pre-sales, and field operations, to ensure seamless data sharing and consistent reporting practices.
Monitor live lead activities via MIS dashboards and proactively highlight concerns such as unattended walk-ins,



delayed responses, or workflow bottlenecks to enhance customer experience and team efficiency.
