Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects from planning to commissioning, in alignment with company goals and project timelines.
- Prepare and implement detailed project execution plans focusing on HSE (Health, Safety & Workplace), quality, schedule adherence, and cost control.
- Manage project sites by coordinating with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations and obtain necessary permits/approvals in coordination with concerned authorities.
- Oversee resource planning, material management, and subcontractor engagement to support efficient project execution.
- Implement project monitoring tools to track progress, quality, safety, and financial metrics.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation measures proactively to avoid schedule or cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to design and execution standards.




- Lead project review meetings and generate regular MIS reports for internal and leadership updates.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior project team members and site supervisors.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or relevant discipline).
- 12+ years of experience in project execution, with a minimum of 5 years in rooftop solar projects.
- Strong knowledge of rooftop solar design, construction standards, electrical integration, and safety norms.
- Proven track record of independently managing large-scale solar rooftop projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
