Role Description The Owner role at Pattern in Ahmednagar is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing all aspects of local business operations and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing ecommerce strategies, monitoring marketplace performance, and ensuring that brand standards and MAP compliance are consistently upheld. The role involves coordinating product distribution activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and making data-informed decisions to drive revenue and profitability. The Owner will also guide team members, refine processes, and represent Pattern’s values of professionalism, creativity, and operational discipline in all business dealings.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to manage business operations, including planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, or retail,



with a strong understanding of online sales channels and customer behavior.
Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure business outcomes.
Strong leadership and people management skills, including mentoring, delegation, and conflict resolution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with partners, vendors, and internal teams.
Understanding of brand management principles and pricing compliance (such as MAP or similar policies).
Ability to work on-site in Ahmednagar and maintain a high level of integrity, accountability, and qualified excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced education or entrepreneurial experience is an advantage.
