Role Description The Sponsorship Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, responsible for developing and managing sponsorship relationships for ICSA’s events. This role involves identifying potential sponsors, prospecting and pitching sponsorship opportunities, and negotiating packages that align with partners’ marketing and business objectives.



The Sponsorship Executive will coordinate closely with event management and marketing teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are met and brand visibility is maximized. Day-to-day activities include maintaining sponsor pipelines, preparing proposals and agreements, tracking sponsorship performance, and providing timely reports and feedback. The position also requires attending events, engaging with sponsors on-site, and contributing ideas to enhance sponsorship offerings and overall event value.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
