Role Description The Human Resources Associate will support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru South and includes responsibilities such as assisting with recruitment logistics, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and coordinating HR documentation. The role involves supporting HR policies and procedures,



helping organize training and development initiatives, and responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner. The Human Resources Associate will also help with HR data reporting, supporting performance management activities, and contributing to engagement and culture-building programs in alignment with company goals.
