Job Title: VP: Business Development (HNI)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 15+ years

We’re hiring a VP: Business Development for our client.

As the VP: Business Development, your responsibilities
would be:

- To
lead strategic client acquisition and business development initiatives for
ultra-HNIs.

- To
drive data acquisition using public directories, professional networks,
and area mapping.

- To
conduct data mining on existing databases and liaise with group and
non-group entities for future business.

- To
manage end-to-end prospect ownership, including scheduling RM meetings,
updating internal systems, and closing conversions.

Requirements

- Proven
track record of driving a year-on-year increase in AUM.

- Experience
in managing an AUM of 150 - 200 Cr.

- Extensive
background and experience in the investment or financial services
industry.

- Excellent




written and oral communication, along with strong selling skills.

- Strong
expertise in relationship building, teamwork, and collaboration.

- Proficient
in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
