Vice President of Marketing & Growth

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting to: Managing Director & Executive Director

Experience: 10–15+ years in enterprise B2B marketing leadership

About Posidex Technologies

Posidex Technologies is a deep-tech
enterprise product company operating at the intersection of customer data
management, identity intelligence, and privacy-first platforms.

Our Track Record:

- 20+ years of enterprise deployment experience

- 200+ organizations trust Posidex for
mission-critical data operations

- Clients include tier-1 banks, insurance
companies, and Fortune 500 enterprises across APAC & Middle East

- 95%+ customer retention rate reflecting
product-market fit and enterprise trust

- Multiple patent-pending innovations in
searchable encryption and privacy-preserving data matching

Our Products: Through platforms such as Customer
360, Customer MDM, and PII Data Vault with Searchable
Encryption, Posidex helps enterprises drive growth, strengthen customer
experience, reduce fraud, and ensure regulatory compliance across financial
services, healthcare, telecom, and other regulated industries.

Our Growth Stage: Following strong product-market
fit validation and sustained profitability, Posidex is entering an aggressive
growth phase targeting 3x revenue expansion over the next 36 months. We're
scaling our go-to-market engine to capture the inflection point in
privacy-first enterprise data infrastructure.

Our Culture: Posidex combines deep technical
innovation with a culture of ownership, long-term thinking, and sustained
execution excellence. Our average employee tenure is 7+ years. We operate with
low politics, high accountability, and direct access to leadership.

This is a
builder's culture, not a corporate bureaucracy.

Why This Role Matters Now

Privacy-first data infrastructure is at
a category inflection point. Regulations like GDPR, DPDP Act, and
industry-specific compliance requirements are forcing enterprises to rethink
how they manage customer data. Traditional MDM solutions weren't built for this
world.

Posidex has the technical depth and
enterprise deployment experience to own this category. What we need is a
marketing leader who can translate that advantage into market leadership.

This is not a brand maintenance role.
This is a category creation and revenue acceleration role designed
for a builder who:

- Thrives in ambiguity and creates clarity
through strategy

- Enjoys shaping markets rather than operating
within them

- Measures success in pipeline dollars, not
brand impressions

- Wants equity upside from scaling a proven
product in a massive market
