TIBCO Build Engineer JOB Description:

- Build a high-performance prod / Non-Prod Environment

- Review request for changes (Business and Functional requirements, etc).

- Troubleshoot to determine root cause of problems in Production environments

- Pro-active analysis and monitoring of Production applications

- Implement workarounds and temporary fixes

- Perform Application and Middleware logs analysis

- End-end Incident tracking and client follow-up, including post-mortem

- Work with 3rd level support (Product owner, application owner or Vendor) to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

- Define and execute Contingency plans for applications (COB)

- EOL, EOS Track and fulfilment

- Participate on Technical Audit review

- Provide support to Capacity Planning and Performance Management teams

- Be responsible for problem management including managing outages, resolution, co-ordination with stakeholders and communication
Ensure control processes are in place in alignment with client policies
Provide 24x7 on call problem resolution

Requirements

Knowledge/Experience:

1.



Strong Administration knowledge on TIBCO EMS, TIBCO BW, TRA, HAWK

2. Strong knowledge on Linux operating systems

1. Robust background on the Unix with scripting (Unix Shell, perl, phyton)

2. Strong knowledge of security (SSL) Configuration

3. TIBCO EMS : installation, configuration, Setup routes, Setup MSPKI certificates

4. TIBCO BW: Configure domains, Package deployments (frontend/backend)

5. Setting up the Monitoring rules through HAWK/ITRS/Nastel/AppDynamics
