- A person should be able to handle the QA Team and should be well versed with the CCaaS Process. "Voice and Non Voice process".

Experience Required:

- 5+ Years of experience.

Language requirement:

- Fluent in English is mandatory

- 6.30pm - 3.30am IST/ OR Europe
