Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead (TL) to guide a software development team and drive end-to-end technical delivery. This role requires strong expertise in system design, backend development, and cloud technologies, along with proven leadership capabilities to manage and mentor engineering teams while ensuring high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to drive high performance and collaboration

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing system architectures

- Develop and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot





- Optimize application performance through productive data structures and algorithms

- Leverage AWS services for deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management

- Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for database design and management

- Implement Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging systems

- Provide accurate effort estimation, planning, and resource allocation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively

- Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth project delivery

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in system design and backend development

- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot

- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)

- Experience working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL

- Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging systems

- Proven team leadership and people management skills

- Strong project planning and execution capabilities

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with JIRA reporting and analytics

- Knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimization

- Familiarity with Python for scripting or automation

Other Details:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
