About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to own the engineering execution of our products. You will set

technical direction and architecture, drive the product and feature roadmap alongside product stakeholders,

manage the team’s execution, uphold code quality through review, run the testing cycle, and own go-lives.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who still engages deeply with code and architecture across our Angular,

Python, and AWS stack — someone who can make the hard technical calls, keep delivery moving, and grow the

engineers around them.

What You’ll Do

•Own technical direction and architecture across the stack (Angular, Python, SQL, AWS).

•Drive the product and feature roadmap together with product stakeholders.

•Manage execution: break down work, delegate, unblock the team, and track delivery.

•Review pull requests and enforce code compliance and engineering standards.

•Manage the test cycle and quality gates.

•Own releases and go-lives, including rollback strategy and risk management.

•Mentor, grow, and set the bar for the engineering team.

What We’re Looking For





This is a hands-on leadership role — we need someone who still engages with code and architecture, not a manager

removed from the work.

•6–8 years of experience with a solid hands-on full-stack background (Angular and Python), plus SQL and

AWS.

•Proven technical leadership — you have led a team, owned architecture, and driven delivery.

•Experience driving both a roadmap and its day-to-day execution.

•Strong code review and standards enforcement.

•Ownership of releases and go-lives.

•Clear communication and a track record of mentoring engineers.

This Role Is Not a Fit If…

•You are a manager who no longer engages with code or architecture.

•You are a senior developer with no leadership or delivery-ownership experience.

•You have never worked with AWS.

•You are only front-end or only back-end, with no full-stack breadth.

Nice to Have

•Hiring and interviewing experience.

•Incident / on-call leadership.

•Ownership of CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.

•Experience scaling a team or a system.

CTC Range - 12L to 15L
