Job Responsibilities

- We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical talent.
- The Talent Sourcer's responsibilities include all aspects of understanding the job requirements from hiring managers, screening, and partnering with the recruiters to close candidates.
- Source passive technical talent using a variety of Open Web sources.
- Research markets, companies, teams and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of candidates who are qualified for currently available and upcoming roles.

Job Requirements

- 2-4 years experience in a talent sourcing role, preferably in a tech space
- You are passionate about data and know-how to leverage it to influence hiring decisions
- You have excellent written and verbal communication
- Solid understanding of technology markets to calibrate candidate profile
- Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and high-tech markets in North America OR ANZ
