- Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner.

- Recruitment for In-house and outsourcing.

- Coordinating with Senior HRs.

- Plan and execute campus recruiting activities.

- Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of the position.

- Conduct pre-screening interviews.

- Maintain pertinent applicant and interview data and generate reports.​
