- After one and half years, candidates will have more than 3.5 LPA.

- After two and half years, candidates will have more than 5.5 LPA.

- (The final CTC will depend upon the candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

- Quarterly, there will be an assessment of the candidates’ skills and performance.

Joining:

Requirements

Skill Set Required:

- Experience in App and Web Development.

- Proficient with C, C++, JAVA, OOPS.

- Nice to have Angular 2 +, React, Node JS, PHP.

- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap.

- Ability to translate business requirements into system design and perform as per the needs.

- Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

- The candidate must be ready to take responsibility, ownership of code, be independent, and at the same time be open to learning something new.

Qualifications:

- 0 – 2 years of professional Software development experience

- Ability to write clean, functional code in JavaScript, C/C++, or Python
