- 5-8 years of overall IT experience with minimum 3-5 years in ServiceNow development and integrations

- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server

- Strong experience with at least 3-4 enterprise system integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure AD, AWS, etc.)

- Experience with ITSM module integrations (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog)
