Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager – API Partnerships to join our team. This is a strategic, revenue-driving role that requires a strong blend of business development expertise, partnership management, commercial acumen, and
technical understanding.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, scaling, and monetizing API-led partnerships that expand ekincare's ecosystem and unlock new revenue streams. You will work closely with insurers, TPAs, HRTech platforms, wellness providers, healthcare partners, and other ecosystem players to create seamless integrations and drive business growth.

As a key stakeholder, you will own the complete partnership lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and negotiating commercial agreements to launching integrations and ensuring long-term partner success. You will act as the bridge between external partners and internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance, ensuring alignment and successful execution.

Responsibilities

- Lead and scale ekincare's API Partnerships function, driving strategic alliances that contribute to business
growth and revenue generation.

- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close API partnership opportunities with insurers, TPAs, HRTech platforms, healthcare providers, wellness partners, and other ecosystem players.





- Own end-to-end deal structuring, including commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, pricing models, and
revenue-sharing frameworks.

- Drive API monetization initiatives and develop scalable partnership models that contribute to recurring
revenue growth.

- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align partner requirements with the API roadmap and integration capabilities.

- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with partner organizations and position ekincare as a preferred integration partner.

- Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and launch.

- Monitor partnership performance, adoption metrics, and revenue impact, while identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing partnerships team focused on delivering business outcomes.

- Represent ekincare at industry events, conferences, partner forums, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence and generate new opportunities.

- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, partnership, and adoption targets aligned with organizational OKRs.

Requirements

- MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Previously worked with a Startup
will give an edge

- 5+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business
Development, Alliance Management, API Sales, or Ecosystem Partnerships.

- Proven experience in B2B SaaS, HealthTech, InsurTech, HRTech, FinTech, or platform-based business models.





- Demonstrated success in driving partnership-led revenue growth and API monetization initiatives.

- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, platform
ecosystems, and partner onboarding processes.

- Excellent commercial negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
and external stakeholders.
