JD:
We are looking for an experienced Data Science skilled (7–10 years overall
experience) with minimum 4 years of hands-on Machine Learning expertise to lead
and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
Key Requirements:
* Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Predictive
Analytics, Time-series forecasting, and Statistical Modelling
* Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and Power BI
* Ability to independently own projects from problem definition and solution
design through delivery and business adoption
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
* Experience mentoring junior team members and driving high-quality project
outcomes
Good to Have:
* Exposure to Generative AI, Deep Learning, AutoML, or Azure Cloud
* Exposure to Data-Bricks
* Expertise in R
* Some exposure to People management
What You'll Do:
* Design and develop scalable machine learning solutions for complex business
problems
* Lead multiple analytics initiatives and influence business decisions through
data-driven insights
* Guide and mentor junior team members while ensuring timely, high-quality
