About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Art Director with 5–6 years of agency experience who has worked on jewellery brands and understands luxury visual aesthetics. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, have a strong conceptual mindset, and be proficient in leveraging AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation and execution.

The Art Director will work closely with the Creative Manager to develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across print, digital, social media, Ai-film, while maintaining the brand gudlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Manager to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns.
- Develop campaign concepts, key visuals, and visual storytelling aligned with the brand identity.
- Working on mood board to executing shoots with in-house studio team.
- Design impactful creatives across print, digital marketing, OOH, CRM, and in-store communication.
- Work closely with copywriters, photographers and marketing teams to deliver high-quality creative output.




- Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
- Stay updated with global design trends, luxury branding, photography, fashion, jewellery, and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in a reputed advertising or creative agency.
- Mandatory experience working on jewellery brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, luxury aesthetics, branding, and art direction.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, photography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to independently handle projects from concept to execution while collaborating effectively with the Creative Manager.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical & AI Skills (Mandatory)
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
