In this client-facing role, you will lead the delivery of impactful projects that directly support customer adoption, value realization, and long-term success. The position requires significant international travel to the Middle East for onsite client delivery activities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary day‑to‑day delivery contact for assigned projects, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience
- Build and maintain robust client relationships to support customer adoption, value realization, and long-term engagement
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success to align delivery activities with customer health metrics, retention goals, and adoption plans
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders, managing expectations, and escalating issues as appropriate
