Join us as a Senior Supervisor and take ownership of manufacturing operations that deliver real impact. You'll lead teams across shifts, optimize workflows, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance and continuous improvement.

What will you do
- Oversee manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of standards across all shifts
- Coordinate production planning, set priorities, and allocate resources to meet throughput and quality goals
- Monitor KPIs, address deviations in safety and quality, and escalate blockers to keep operations on track
- Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to stabilize performance and implement improvements
