Job Description
- Support and manage Mac OS devices and mobility solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mac OS and mobility.
- Work with Entra ID to manage device authentication and access.
- Ensure smooth integration of mobility solutions with existing systems.
- Collaborate with the team to improve device performance and user experience.
- Assist with software updates and configurations for Mac OS devices.
- Document technical processes and maintain system records.
- Provide second-level support for mobility-related queries.
