Role Description The Direct Sales Leader role is a full time, hybrid position based in Ernakulam,



with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets for HDFC Life's insurance products, including protection, savings, investment, and retirement solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. The Direct Sales Leader will coach and train team members, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to enhance productivity and service quality. The role also requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies, accurate documentation, and alignment with overall business objectives.
