Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Srinagar. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products such as personal loans,



home loans, credit cards, and other services available on Wishfin.com's marketplace. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining product features and eligibility, assisting customers in completing applications, and following up to ensure timely processing and conversion. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, coordinating with banking partners and internal teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. The Sales Associate will also stay updated on product changes, market trends, and partner offerings to provide informed guidance to customers.
