Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 30-50 air fulfillment specialists supporting international clients.
- Oversee ticketing, fare filing/audit/load, re-issuance, and refunds with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently met.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to drive operational excellence.
- Act as the key point of contact for overseas clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree's from any major
- 3+ years of experience in air fulfillment, ticketing, or airline operations.




- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of GDS platforms (preferred).
- English fluency is a must.
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to work in a possible shifting arrangement if needed.
