Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead and manage key product and service initiatives. This role involves technical leadership, team mentoring and end-to-end ownership of product architecture, development, and deployment. You will work closely with clients, internal stakeholders and junior developers to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications across the full technology stack.

- Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical planning, development, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.

- Design, build, and maintain custom widgets and extensions ( Webapps ) for Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator, tailored to specific business needs.

- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices, coding standards, and maintainability principles.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to design and architectural guidelines.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing technical discussions, gathering requirements, and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

- Drive Agile/Scrum processes, including facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning,



retrospectives, and task prioritization to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

- Collaborate with internal and external Zoho development teams, contributing to the design and implementation of custom CRM/ERP workflows and integrations.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated, reliable, and efficient build, testing, and deployment processes across environments.

Tech Stack:

- Frontend: Vue.js preferred, React.js

- Backend: Node.js, Express.js

- Database: MongoDB, Postgres, MySQL, Firebase Firestore

- Zoho Platform: Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One

- Tools: Git, Firebase, AWS (nice to have)

Qualifications:

- Over 5+ years of robust hands-on experience in full stack development, delivering scalable and high-performance web applications across diverse industries.

- Proficient in up-to-date JavaScript (ES6+), with a deep understanding of front-end and back-end JavaScript frameworks, and strong coding standards.

- Extensive experience with the MEVN or MERN stacks, building end-to-end solutions from concept to deployment.

- Well-versed in advanced state management using libraries like Redux, MobX,



or Vuex / Pinia to manage complex UI states and data flows in single-page applications.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful API design, integration, and third-party service consumption, ensuring seamless front-end and back-end communication.

- Skilled in deploying and managing applications in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including CI/CD pipelines and serverless architecture exposure.

- Proven leadership experience, including leading cross-functional development teams, mentoring junior engineers, and driving code reviews and best practices.

- Strong architectural understanding of scalable backend systems, microservices, and event-driven design patterns to support high-traffic applications.

- Exposure to Zoho suite of applications or similar CRM/ERP platform and their APIs is a strong plus, particularly for teams leveraging Zoho for business operations or CRM workflows.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including direct client interaction.

- ​Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and iterative development cycles for continuous delivery.
