Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer

Experience: 5–12 Years

Key Responsibilities


- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Java or Python

- Ensure performance, security, and reliability

- Collaborate with cross -functional teams

- Write clean code, unit tests, and participate in code reviews

- Work with frameworks like Spring, Django, Flask

- Use and validate AI tools/LLMs in development

Requirements

- 5+ years of backend development experience

- Strong in Java or Python (willing to learn the other)





- Positive understanding of OOP, design patterns, system design

- Experience with backend frameworks

- Strong problem -solving skills

- Knowledge of SDLC, APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL)

- Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred)

AI Skills

- Experience with AI assistants/LLMs

- Prompt writing, validation, and understanding limitations

Soft Skills

- Good communication and documentation skills

- Team player, adaptable to fast -paced environment
