Job Description
We are seeking an experienced candidate for a work profile related to HELOC Loan Processing for one of our renowned clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient, compliant, and accurate processing of Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) applications. This includes ordering and reviewing value and lien searches, commercial EVAL/appraisal orders through RIMS, and communicating fees and estimated times of arrival (ETAs) using the updated APPRO system. The role also involves servicing existing HELOC accounts and maintaining high standards of customer service.
