As a Senior product associate in digital Channels Middleware Platforms team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in platform product management to build new and extend current platforms to deliver fast, accurate and relevant customer experience. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform-first products and ongoing success with a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability.

Job Responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new platform product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new platform product features on the overall product experience.
- Develops and maintains healthy forward-looking backlog,



publishes quarterly roadmaps and summary to ensure alignment with strategic goals and provide transparent vision for product delivery
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Work with engineering and architecture to drive solution design for capabilities and think platform / capability first while developing products
- Works with all cross functional stakeholders to ensure that timelines and dependencies are effectively managed, blockers and risks are surfaced at a timely manner while ensuring that the firm's controls, risks and compliance requirements are effectively managed
