Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Oversee performance management and employee development programmes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance on organisational structure and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to support change management efforts.
- Monitor HR metrics and report on workforce trends.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- 8-12 years of background in HR practices within the FMCG sector.




- Experience in managing HR operations in the cosmetics or toiletries industry.
- Knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements in India.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies effectively.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
