Job Description
- Lead and manage stress testing processes globally.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain policies and guidelines for stress testing.
- Provide training and support to teams on stress testing processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to address challenges and drive efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For
- Senior Director / Executive Director level leadership experience.




- Robust background in Stress Testing, Risk, Product Control, or Valuation Control.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience building and operating global operating models.
- GCC and onshore banking experience with strong stakeholder management skills.
