Role Descriptions: Role Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) Specialist

Description We are seeking a skilled Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) Specialist to join our team and lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle AIA framework. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle AIA, as well as solid technical knowledge on teleco domain.

Required Technical Skill Set Experience with Application Integration Architecture (AIA - Oracle)

Year of Experience 6 - 8 years

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral competency)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for Oracle AIA-based integrations across multiple business domains and applications.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define integration patterns, and design solutions that meet business needs.

• Perform impact analysis and restore services within agreed SLA / OLA timelines; ensure timely updates to stakeholders.

• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure no open issues.





• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions align with business goals and technical requirements.

• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of integration issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.

• Handle service requests including configuration updates, endpoint changes, credentials/keystore updates, partner setup, routing rules, and deployment support.

• Ensure high availability and operational stability of integration runtime; participate in on-call/shift support as per roster.

• Drive alert tuning (reduce noise/false positives), define thresholds, and ensure meaningful dashboards for operations.

• Perform daily/weekly operational checks and publish service health reports and KPI/SLA metrics.

• Implement and manage proactive monitoring for AIA/SOA/OSB layers (health checks, logs, queues, DB states, JVM metrics, stuck instances).

• Support change management lifecycl
