Your Key Responsibilities

- Sales Planning, Tracking & Analysis
- Develop and maintain sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Track sales performance against targets and provide regular updates.
- Analyze sales trends, gaps, and deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monito new prospect pipeline and ensure timely tracking of business prospects.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Financial Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze key financial and operational metrics including:
- Profitability
- Sales Revenue
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities in working capital and revenue performance.




- Support actions to improve financial outcomes and business efficiency.
- Annual Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support the preparation of the annual sales budget.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect inputs and validate assumptions.
- Prepare sales forecasts based on historical performance, market trends, and pipeline visibility.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and update projections as required.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze market size, demand patterns, and segment performance.
- Provide insights to support strategic planning and business development.
- Ad-Hoc Segment Strategy & Analysis
- Perform ad-hoc analysis for specific market segments, customers, or product groups.
- Support development of segment strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Evaluate business potential and recommend actions for growth.
