Job Description:
- Site Supervisor Highway:
Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise execution of embankment formation, Subbase, Basecourse& Top Layer of Rigid & Adaptable pavements
- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, GFCs, and MoRTH/IRC standards.
- Inspect Proper Laying & testing of Various Items of formation, Subbase, Basecourse& Top Layer of Rigid & Flexible pavements
- Coordinate with contractors and labour teams for timely execution.
- Maintain daily site records (work done, material usage, labour deployment).
- Ensure curing, de-shuttering, and surface finishing are carried out properly.
- Monitor material quality ( Sand, GSB, aggregates, etc.).
- Liaise with quality engineers and lab staff for material testing.




- Implement safety measures at site and ensure compliance.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and checklists.

Qualifications:

-
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- ITI Civil or 12th pass with strong structural site experience may also be considered

Experience:

-
- 3 to 5 years in supervision of Highway works.
- Experience on PMGSY, NHAI, RCD, or similar government projects preferred.
- Experience working in hilly, plan, or rural terrains.

Salary Range:₹20000/ - 25000/- Per month
