Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Execution
- Plan, manage, and execute weekly and monthly social media content calendars
- Ensure timely posting of reels, stories, static posts, highlights, and campaigns
- Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and premium aesthetics across platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams for shoots, creatives, product details, and store updates

2. Performance Tracking & Growth
- Track daily and weekly performance metrics including reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile visits, DMs, inquiries, and leads
- Analyze content performance to identify what works and what does not
- Recommend data-backed improvements for content formats, hooks, captions, and posting schedules
- Take responsibility for consistent month-on-month growth of social media pages

3. Reporting & Reviews
- Prepare and share detailed weekly performance reports with metrics, insights, and action points
- Present monthly performance summaries against defined targets




- Identify gaps proactively and recommend corrective measures

4. Audience Engagement & Lead Handling
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and story replies on a daily basis
- Ensure timely, qualified, and brand-aligned communication
- Coordinate with sales and store teams to convert social media inquiries into leads and walk-ins
- Track lead sources and outcomes wherever applicable

5. Content Optimization & Trend Adaptation
- Stay updated with platform trends, reel formats, and algorithm changes
- Adapt trends appropriately for a premium jewellery brand
- Continuously optimize content quality to improve engagement and visibility

6. Ownership & Accountability
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Operate independently with zero dependency on reminders or follow-ups
- Communicate with professionalism, clarity, and confidence
- Maintain a performance-first mindset rather than an activity-based appro
