Working Days:Monday to Saturday (Second and Fourth Saturdays Off)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for mobile apps across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Manage app install campaigns focused on CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize creatives, targeting, bidding, and budgets.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with creative and product teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads,



audiences, and campaign structures.
- Track attribution and app performance using tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or Branch.
- Identify new growth opportunities, traffic sources, and scaling strategies.
- Stay updated with mobile marketing trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor activities.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing and media buying for mobile apps.
- Solid understanding of user acquisition funnels and app marketing KPIs.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or other ad platforms.
- Familiarity with MMP tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
- Good analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
- Understanding of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization strategies.
- Ability to manage budgets and achieve performance targets efficiently.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
