Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and network.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Manage user accounts, data backups, and system security.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
- Support ERP implementation and maintenance (preferred).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an IT Executive or IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- ERP experience will be an added advantage.:
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and IT security.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
